[Freedombox-discuss] v0.28.0 released

Hi all,

FreedomBox web interface (plinth) v0.28.0 has been released to unstable.

Changes in this release:
- setup: disable install button for currently unavailable apps
- Add locale for Lithuanian (lt)
- Translation updates for Italian, Czech, Russian, Spanish, German, Norwegian
Bokmål, Telugu, and Dutch
