Very fast search in that amount of email (and a lot more) can be
provided by the <URL: https://notmuchmail.org/ >.  My archive has 1.7
million emails and probably around 40 GiB, and a search for free texts,
tags and/or header fields take seconds.

I have not tested the web interfaces myself, so have no idea if they are
any good.
