[Fusioninventory-user] Plugins FusionInventory for GLPI version 0.83+1.0 Release Candidate 1

Version RC3 has been released.

Thanks to people give us bugs of this Release Candidate 3, the final
release is planned for Monday, so give bugs before ^^.
