dialing directory tool

I sent a message to the list a few months ago on this subject, but never
got any replies. I'm trying again, hoping my luck will be better.

I'm looking for an import tool for the minicom dialing directory. I've
got a bunch of numbers in a database I'd like to be able to create a
.dialdir file out of. Ideally, I'd be able to dump the numbers from the
database to a flat file and import them into a .dialdir file.

Anyone know of such a creature?
