set xterm title in xminicom

Hi,

xminicom starts xterm without a -T option, which results in xterm
displaying "if ! minicom -m -c on $*; then echo Press ENTER to
continue...; read; fi" in the window title. Attached patch adds '-T
minicom' to all *term invocations.
