Hi Peter,

My apologies. I had seen your posting and thought you may have done some work 
on this. But I see you have real important stuff going on in you life! 
Congratulations on the (soon to be) new baby!

Don't worry about this, I can live with what I have. The problem was the unit 
showing to be on battery, even when on line power. My wife works at home and 
she knows how to power the servers down/up if we loose power during the day. 
As the UPS has a loud alarm, the "wife" version of NUT will get us by until 
you have time to take this back up. While this isn't perfect, it is better 
than what I had before - no UPS at all. The UPS has well over 20 minutes of 
capacity with the two systems connected. Most of the time power has been 
restored by the time she gets in here to check them.

BTW, if this is your first child, I have some advice - get all the sleep you 
can now, because you won't be getting much for the next few months. But in 
the end the lack of sleep is worth it.
