[Nut-upsdev] liebert esp2 , please run

I attach upsesp2.c. Could you please run it on your upses (first stop nut to
free the port) and send me the output. It will be helpful in providing a new
driver version.
Some new commands were discovered that give input & output phases. (They
depend on bit-range measurements, i.e. value comes from bitx through bity
for ups response).
I also attach a compiled version.

compile with: gcc upsesp2.c -o upsesp2
run with : ./upsesp2 /dev/ttyS0
