IMHO, that can be done easily enough with a CVS diff command (assuming
you have tags for the revisions).

I think I agree with Philippe that if you don't have time to keep up
with the changes in the codebase, it's really nice to have an extract
of a changelog (think: apt-listchanges) to tell you what got changed
in which driver, etc.
