[Nut-upsuser] Problems starting upsd with newhidups

thanks to send back the following:
- "ls -la /var/run/nut"
- "ps -elf | grep ups"
- upsdrvctl stop && /lib/nut/newhidups -DD -a foxstarups
- all your config files (remove the password)
