[Nut-upsuser] osx packages?

Hello list,

I've used Nut at a couple of sites, but all of them being Linux, Linux
and Linux ;-)

Now there's a new situation, with an MGE UPS having to interface to an
OS-X PPC server (I'm guessing a 10.3.x version, more information
follows) and a Linux server (running Ubuntu Dapper).

The best I can think of is to have the Linux server do the UPS
interfacing work and let OS-X only run upsmon.

Now as I am not quite an OS-X admin, I would prefer to get pre-compiled
nut somewhere, as I would have to install a whole bunch of Gnu tools on
a system I'm not too familiar with otherwise, which feels a bit like
messing it up without knowing the cleaning tools.

Does anyone have any tips for me? Is there a better way of handling
this? There's no precompiled OSX packages on the networkupstools home
page and Fink also only lists source packages. What should I do?

Best regards,

Valentijn
