[Nut-upsuser] Belkin F6H375 not seen by nut 2.2.1

Just a minor update on this, the repetitions after the first one (given in
my previous emails) also return:

Q1 => FAILED [timeout]

I added some printf statements to megatec.c and verified that the return
value is '-110' but I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. I
added printf statements to ser_get_line in serial.c but none seem to be
printing (as an aside I'd like to understand why they're not :-)).
