[Nut-upsuser] Nut and PowerWare 5115

For what it's worth, I had to go to nut-2.4.0-pre2 to get our two PW5115
to work with Ubuntu 8.04 LTS and Gentoo, and it was the bcmxcp_usb that
was the culprit. We had no go with 2.2.2
