[Nut-upsuser] Belkin F6C-1250-TW-RK is supported [patch]

Hi,
just wanted to let you know that I have two belkin F6C-1250-TW-RK
UPSes which work just fine with nut. I made this small patch so that
nut recognizes the usb device id.
