Moreinfo: device had bad permissions this time. Seems that with -u root it
works:
# /lib/nut/blazer_usb -a yukai -u root
Network UPS Tools - Megatec/Q1 protocol USB driver 0.03 (2.4.3)
Supported UPS detected with megatec protocol
Vendor information unavailable
Battery runtime will not be calculated (runtimecal not set)
Same with re-created device with correct permissions.
