[Nut-upsuser] NUT fails on openSUSE 11.3 if IPv6 turned off

Yes. Only if no LISTEN addresses are specified in 'upsd.conf', the  
compiled in defaults are used. As soon as you specify one or more  
LISTEN directives, it will only listen to the specified addresses.
