Hi,
I looked at the manufacturer's site.
No firmware (or even mention of it).
I checked a difference model - 600VA instead of 1000VA.
Same symptoms.
I then tried the UPS on a Windows PC with the Windows software.
Works perfect.
With the Windows Software the UPS also starts "double beeping" when the
"kill intertor" command is sent.
It then turns off after the set time. When the power comes back, the UPS
starts up normally.
As previously mentioned, I am prepared to help debig the protocol if it will
help at all.
