[Nut-upsuser] Trust UPS Oxxtron 1300VA (17679)

Hi,
the shutdown was not working as planned when I was testing it earlier.  
Nut are shutting down the server as expected when low battery are 
signaled, but it fails to shutdown the ups afterwards.

Don't know if this is an configuration issue or driver issue, will have 
to do another test.
