nut-scanner either scans for actual devices (USB, SNMP, IPMI) or for NUT
servers (upsd).

detecting a dummy-ups (a NUT driver simulating a device) is simply a matter
of:
- scanning for nut servers
- listing devices for each nut server
- listing the driver name for each device
- if driver.name == dummy-ups, then you're done.
