as told, you need the snmp-ups driver.
put something like the following in your ups.conf file:
[myups]
driver = snmp-ups
port = <SNMP agent IP address>
community = <community>
for more information on snmp-ups:

there is also plenty of docs on NUT configuration for pfsense...
success report is welcome since 9616 us not currently listed in our
supported cards.
