[Nut-upsuser] upssched script doesn't start on event [SOLVED]

Dear Roger, Thank you for your reply.

This was a permission error.

PS: Do you know is there any possibility to simulate UPS to go to OB 
without pulling out the power plug from UPS? (any test command to upsmon 
to generate OB or LB event) I need to test upssched activities but 
UPS-box is located under the roof.
