[Nut-upsuser] APC 750VA UPS not recognized by NUT?

Good news, I make the UPSes recognized. Finally I found a solution:

Although I do not quite understand why.
As soon as I fix this, I send this patch to save your time.
However, it seemed that the APC UPS is not recognized by usbhid-ups as long as the Cyper-power UPS is also plugged to the same system. Is that behavior correct?
