[Nut-upsuser] Data string for 2 instant commands to Powerware 9110

Much appreciated Charles. I'm guessing the first link is the commands 
and the second is syntax? If you dont mind in the next few days I will 
put together a string and run it by you. Maybe I will test it before and 
hopefully not damage anything:)
