I don't see the 9631, so it might not work.

You don't have to use a SNMP card to shutdown multiple systems. NUT can
handle this quite well.
I'd expect NUT to work with the AP9620 legacy communications card using
either the apcsmart (serial) or usbhid-ups (USB) drivers. I don't recall
anyway saying for sure though.

I'm pretty sure Microlink is just for serial and USB on any current
Smart-UPS model.
