[Nut-upsuser] Blazer_usb Permissions problem: Input/output error

Hi Ivo,
All I can recommend is add a delay into how often the UPS is polled.
To this by inserting /pollinterval =10/ into the ups.conf file and see
how you go.
For me this just prolonged the time until it failed but others have had
success with this driver and the delay.
