[Nut-upsuser] Eaton-9130 (usbhid-ups) no battery.voltage parameter!

Hi all. 

I've not programming environment on windows machine, so will wait for new release of NUT for Windows, where this feature will work. 

Or may be somebody can do it for me, pls? ;)
