[Nut-upsuser] Tripp Lite "Remote Shutdown" when USB cable is attached

Struck again.  A good dozen hard reboots and I was never able to find any
root cause.  I did gather one last bit of information.  This problem only
comes into play after the BIOS.  The second the call is made to boot from
the disk, the UPS dies.  Does anyone know if I can get a firmware update
for the UPS?  "ups.firmware: 64"
