[Nut-upsuser] input.voltage 100

Hello,

I have 2 UPS, both are same model: APC Back-UPS XS 950U

I change the battery of one UPS, it is working great, but NUT say that has
100v of input voltage:

input.voltage: 100.0
input.voltage.nominal: 102

This is the new battery model: CSB HR 1234W F2

I am using NUT with a docker container:

Is this a configuration problem? Of course, I have 220v in my house.
