[Nut-upsuser] [EXTERNAL] Tripp Lite "Remote Shutdown" when USB cable is attached

On a quick check, I'm not seeing the problem with Ubuntu 20.04.1 and an SU1000RTXLCD2U (4004 for USB). Reboot the box and disconnect/reconnect cable were both ok.
I'll look into it more.
