[Nut-upsuser] [EXTERNAL] Couple questions about the output of upsc command

1. Firmware version 15.5.1

2. The card is rather hard to reach so I ran the reboot command from SSH.
The command finished instantly and caused no loss of SSH connectivity,
which surprised me, though maybe it actually rebooted anyways.

3. battery.runtime, ups.load, output.realpower are still fixed and
unchanged, and battery.runtime.low/battery.charge.low are still missing.
