Maybe you can use the "bus=" parameter? I don't know; 2.6.5 is pretty old, and I haven't done much with the Windows branch on actual hardware.

Also, beware of the CyberPower HID bugs, e.g. https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/439 (I vaguely remember a similar bug for battery.voltage)
