[Nut-upsuser] nut 2.8.0 ./configure on Debian 11 cannot see OpenSSL

Synaptic finally found libssl-dev and the configuration summary now shows:

    build serial drivers: yes
    build USB drivers: yes (libusb-1.0)
    enable SSL support: yes (OpenSSL)

Everything else is "no".

Nevertheless, has anyone achieved a full build of 2.8.0 on Debian 11?
