[Nut-upsuser] NOTIFYCMD only works with upsmon -D ( in debug mode )

Nothing yellow for me, but I read my mail with Alpine.

Is this anomaly repeatable?

May we see your upsmon.conf? And maybe the Python script if it's not too big.
