[Announce] about maintainer and the test suites

Hi all,

I'm back and really happy to see that Sebastian did a pretty good job
during my offline time. It tooks much more time than expected and I'm
sorry about that.

Anyway, since we are still missing a test suites, Sebastian and me
agreed to take a new plan:
- I'll implement a test suites (as an independent project);
- Sebastian will keep maintenance of OfflineIMAP during that time.

Once done, we'll see what to do next and how.
