Option to disable STARTTLS?

Hello,

Wondering if there is a way I can configure offlineimap to NOT use TLS /
STARTTLS?  I can see an option to disable SSL, however this doesn't appear
to stop the script from attempting to use TLS authentication.

Any thoughts / suggestions appreciated.
