Bug: machineui output

Hi!

Thanks for the awesome utility. I use it regularly as a quick and easy way
to transfer IMAP accounts between hosts.

But here's a bug report for v6.5.5-rc2. When trying to run it as:

$ offlineimap.py -u machineui

On an otherwise fully working set of accounts, the output is a long series
(dozens) of this error block, for every account:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/logging/__init__.py", line 776, in emit
    msg = self.format(record)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/logging/__init__.py", line 654, in format
    return fmt.format(record)
  File
"/home/storage/1/02/f7/fotons/offlineimap/offlineimap/ui/Machine.py", line
33, in format
    line = super(MachineLogFormatter, self).format(record)
TypeError: super() argument 1 must be type, not classobj

The other interfaces all run without a glitch.

Python's version is 2.6.6.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Alexander Gieg
