Well, the build-dependencies from the wheezy packageare compatible with
squeeze-backports: As rmadison tells me,

- libpq-dev 9.1.7-1~bpo60+1
- debhelper 9.20120909~bpo60+1

are in squeeze-backports.

Or do you want to stick to dependencies compatible with squeeze (without
relying on other squeeze-backports packages)?
