There is no such line.

More over, I did update direct from 7.0.5 to 7.4.0.. There was no
intermediate package available. (Ah, and I grep for "applying" and there
is no such line, just in case you might ask.)

Well, I just did
   sqlite3 bacula.db < /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/bacula-director-sqlite3/upgrade/sqlite3/7.2.0

And was back online.

But as I told, that is nothing for a casual user nor should that be
needed without notice.
