Hi!

I just created my guest-user on Salsa (hartge-guest, the same as on
Alioth), added my SSH keys but have not done anything else so far.

Creating the Group and migrating the repositories should IMHO done by
you Carsten, since you are a DD and I am not, so I don't feel I have the
right to proceed in any direction here.

In other news: I have refreshed my dh11 test and tested the result in
both buster and stretch-backports. Both work fine, there is AFAICS
nothing blocking the switch to dh11.
