I don't have a checklist :-) I just review the diffs to have an idea of
what changes were made, if there might be trouble for our packaging,
licensing faults ...

Probably we will need to add something manually.

I'll have another look, also because I don't remember seeing changes
outside of MySQL. I looked at the commits in upstream git, but still
want to look at the diffs 9.0.8->9.2.0->9.2.1.
