And here it is.

The 9.2.1 packages from my master branch build fine, but I have
currently no idea if the scripts picked up the changes from v16 to v16
correctly.

Right now I think for the update from 9.2.0 to 9.2.1 dbconfig will *not*
apply the changes, because the database version stays the same.

What a mess.

Also the sqlite3 schema patch needed a refresh, but after staring at the
diff and both versions I am quite confident I did it correctly.
