When I butcher debian/rules like this:
https://salsa.debian.org/hartge-guest/bacula/blob/master-9.4/debian/rules and
remove any special -arch or -indep targets, a binary-indep build
finished and the arch_all-packages look sensible, containing the bits
they should contain.
This runs the full build in any case of course, but I currently see no
way to convince the Bacula build system to do only the arch-indep parts
when the other stuff is not needed.
I am doing a binary-arch and full build right now, to compare the
output, as I did earlier.
