This has to do with the MariaDB 10.1 to 10.3 change happening right now,
I believe. The first error is this:

configure: error: Unable to find mysql.h in standard locations
""
It spirals downward from there. But it only happens in the reprotest
environment, not in the rest, which I find strange.
We can ignore this one for now.
