THe tag "breaks-testbed" is needed, because without it autpkgtest will
just run the three tests one after another in the same environment and
this causes all tests but the first to fail.
I have now created three independent tests with hard-coded test names in
the pipeline, hoping that autopkgtest will then ignore the
breaks-testbed tag and run the test.
