[pkg-bacula-devel] Don't merge branch stored-plugins

Hi!

Just FYI: The branch stored-plugins should *not be merged* at the
current time, as the stored-plugins are non-functional templates at the
moment.

They should become working plugins once 9.4 has been released and
upstream nerged the code from Bacula Enterprise.

This branch until then is just pre-work which I intent to keep
up-to-date to make merging it later easier.
