They differed at the start when I took them from the Bareos packages,
but now they are identical, for the moment.

But I foresee the possibilities for changes down the line, so I kept
them as separate test files for now.

No, everything is alright. I took the liberty of fixing the lintian
error you introduced in the quilt series file and pushed a new master.
