[pkg-bacula-devel] Gitlab autopkgtest will fail when building already uploaded package

Hi!
Just FYI: When you push a commit which contains a changelog of an
already released/installed package, the autopkgtest will fail, because
the locally built package and the one from the archive will collide.
To get correct results from autopkgtest you need to push a commit with a
higher version in the changelog.
