Actually, at the bottom of the page it says "file a bug on the
qa.debian.org pseudo-package, or e-mail debian-qa at lists.debian.org"

And "Made by Bernhard R. Link".

And there doesn't seem to be a newer version than v0.09, releasing that
version is the last change in upstream git.
