No, because buster-backports for example needs a different release than
the master or experimental branches.

And some other changes may be needed from time to time. It does not make
sense to enable reprotest for branches targeting experiemtnal because
there is no working reprotest for experimental

So there will always be a difference.

But we can create "bacula-team/ci" as repo and then have the CI yml
files there and reference them like so

unstable.yml at bacula-team/ci
buster-backports.yml at bacula-team/ci

etc. in the Salsa configuration.

That way changes to the CI configuration don't pollute the package
change history.
