Yes, Bacula 11 still uses libs3, as far as I can see.
But at least I am somewhat hesitant to enable it for 9.6.7 and Bullseye,
as the testing window is as narrow or even narrower than to get 11 into
Bullseye.
Testing is also something we must address. I personally can test backup
to tape and to disk on 3 architectures.
I am not able to test working S3 backups, that is something that someone
else must do.
