[pkg-bacula-devel] The freeze is coming

Hi,

the freeze is coming up at the start of next year (see the dates below).

I expect to be short on time until then, but I'll upload when needed.

For bacula-libs3 to be included in Debian 11 it needs to be ready until
then.

2021-02-12      - Milestone 2 - Soft Freeze
2021-03-12      - Milestone 3 - Hard Freeze - for key packages and
                                packages without autopkgtests
To be announced - Milestone 4 - Full Freeze
